Prodigy Coffeehouse
Prodigy Coffeehouse runs two craft coffeehouses working with disengaged, underserved youth in northeast Denver, providing paid apprenticeships for 12-18 months designed so these prodigies are the next generation of leaders Denver wants and needs.
CHAI Case Study
The Colorado Housing Accelerator Initiative (CHAI) Debt Fund seeks to create and preserve affordable housing within the state of Colorado. By extending below market-rate debt financing, funding land acquisitions, and supporting improvement projects for existing properties, CHAI provides non-profit and for-profit organizations with the resources needed to offer quality housing for low- and middle-income households. As of 2023, CHAI has funded 8 projects, created and preserved 436 units, and has an average portfolio of 71% AMI.
